Frequently Asked Questions:

·       Are there more images available other than those on the website?  Yes.  Contact Leanne.  A CD can be made up and you can sort through them yourselves.

 

·       How is delivery done?   Prints and CDs can easily be sent through the mail, or delivered or picked up if located nearby.  Email has limited use but can be used if only a single image (due to large size of file >3.5mb).

 

·      Can I copy straight off website?  No.  The website does not allow copying or printing of images.  This has been done for privacy and copyright reasons. 

 

Also images on the website have been compressed to a smaller size (with some loss of quality) for download speed.  Images are only supplied to customer from the original full size file, without watermark or any attribution.

 

·       My sport is not covered on your website.  Will Leanne cover my sport?  Yes.  Just contact Leanne and arrange timing.  Leanne is keen to have a diverse coverage.

 

·       How can I pay for images?  See pricing page on this website.

 

·       How much can images be enlarged without loss in quality?  Generally up to A3 size.  But more in some cases. 

 

·       My sport or event is some distance from the Warrnambool district.  Will Leanne still cover this?  Yes.  Travel expenses may have to be factored in.  Discuss with Leanne.

 

·       Once I purchase an image, can I copy and distribute further?  Yes.  However, if reproduced to a publication or other website, a reference (“Leanne Wilson” or “thesportsphotographer.net”) would be appreciated.

 

·       Will Leanne do individual sporting shoots (not organised sporting events)?  Yes.  Just contact Leanne with your requirements.

 

·       Some parts of the website will not display.  How do I fix?  Some parts of the website have Flash. This is mainly on the Home Page header and image. The Home Page Flash will take about 30 seconds - average -  to load up the first time.
