Photographic work is only undertaken with sporting events in the public realm, where participants can expect to be observed from members of the public. 

Privacy matters are managed in the following way:

• Photos which are offensive or portray the subject in a negative light are not sought after by the photographer and are not published.

• The photographer will not take photos of subjects if requested not to do so.

• The photographer regularly consults with parents (if available) of minors about such matters.

• Photos on the website cannot be easily copied or printed and are therefore not easily available to be circulated by others.

• The photographer will withdraw the photo from the website if requested by a subject or parent.
